We do offer refunds on purchase of our digital goods. However, since we deal with digital goods, which are considerd to be consumed as soon as they are delivered, we honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with e-mail, you do not receive an e-mail from us containing a download link, or do not gain access to a download page after purchase. E-mails with download links that end up in your spam box are not considered undelivered mail. https://momwithme.net may resend the deliveruu notice a second time before moving to a refund, or request that you first work with your email provider to resolve the issue and submit proof that the issue is ultimately irresolvable;

Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. https://momwithme.net recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as https://momwithme.net ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;

For software purchases – irreparable defects with the software: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for resolution, or for approval of your refund request if the issue cannot be resolved;

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check all free demo materials (in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.

Physical Goods

From time to time we may offer actual physical goods for sale on our site. Purchases of physical goods are subject to the following refund policy:

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases of physical goods made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the physical product you have purchased from us, you can get your money back, no questions asked.

In order receive a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase to the address below. The product must be returned in the same condition you received it in, and undamaged in any way. You, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs. Breakage or damage incurred during shipping should be handled through the shipping carrier.

If the product is damaged or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used to make the purchase. Note that it may take up to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.

Paypal Refund Requests

If you choose to open a case with PayPal in pursuit of a refund for your purchase, you will be placed on a do-not-buy list which will prevent you from making any further purchases from our site, and your email will be removed from our contact lists so no further offers or notices are sent. We are committed to doing our very best to satisfy our customers within the bounds of what is reasonable and expect to resolve all issues that may arise in a timely manner to the satisfaction of all parties. Any involvement of PayPal in a dispute case will be met with full documentation of the facts and copies of all relevant records, ultimately resulting in a favorable outcome for us. If we are at fault, we will make it right, and only ask to be given that chance before taking such drastic steps as contacting PayPal.

Refunds / Returns of Third Party Purchases
